Assembly Production Specialist:

PeopleReady is seeking an Assembly Production Specialist to join our team. As an Assembly Production Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling and checking product parts, assisting in shipments, and ensuring that manufactured products meet set standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and prepare customer lighting kits to meet production schedules and optimize workflow
  • Follow instructions and diagrams to complete the final product
  • Assemble components on an assembly line
  • Inspect product to ensure high quality
  • Package product according to requirements
  • Assist production tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Follow company procedures and directives
  • Prepare and position parts for assembly
  • Ensure each component is fastened together correctly
  • Check connections and log any discrepancies
  • Must be able to Solder
  • Must be able to stand, bend, sit and lift up to 25lbs
  • Background check required
