Production Worker I

Job Summary:
As a Production Worker I at Dentsply Sirona, you will be responsible for operating various types of production equipment, including filling, batching, labeling, machining, sorting, inspecting, and packaging. You will also be responsible for monitoring and assuring the quality of products, making simple machine adjustments, and maintaining equipment in good working order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment to produce high-quality products
- Monitor and assure the quality of products
- Make simple machine adjustments and maintain equipment
- Count and record production units and labor time
- Train other production operators on various job tasks
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 months of production experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
