Electrical Maintenance Specialist

The Electrical Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, adjusting, performing preventative maintenance, and installing electrical equipment within and around the facilities to keep the production operational and have zero loss of production chargeable to electrical maintenance.
This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, including control circuits and motors, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of electrical experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair electrical equipment, including control circuits and motors
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently
- Install new electrical equipment and systems
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues in a timely manner
- Work effectively in a team environment and communicate with other electricians and maintenance personnel
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of electrical experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industrial electrician experience
- Two-year technical college degree
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and IP addressing
- PLC and general wiring methods
- Industrial automation controls

The Electrical Maintenance Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on maintaining and repairing electrical equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and prioritize tasks effectively.
