Position Overview:

  • Manage daily operations and ensure high-quality services are provided to the individuals we support, maintaining a safe and secure environment at all times.
  • Offer on-site guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), exemplifying person-centered service delivery.
  • Facilitate opportunities for each individual receiving support to grow, learn, and engage in their community.
  • Supervise DSPs to uphold the quality of support and services delivered.
  • Foster an ALIVE Workplace that promotes mutual respect and teamwork while empowering individuals to pursue their aspirations and personal goals.
  • Address any emerging situations to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Oversee the household budget, petty cash, and individual accounts as directed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations is essential.
  • Familiarity with Minnesota Statutes is beneficial.
  • Preferred training in supervisory skills, team dynamics, managing challenging behaviors, and leadership.
  • Experience in a supervisory role is advantageous.
  • Background study clearance is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license is required, along with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • CPR certification (if necessary), First Aid, and Medication Administration training are required but can be obtained post-hire.
