Job Title: National Key Account and Partner Manager

At VF Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Key Account and Partner Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering account revenue and growth by partnering with large strategic accounts and distribution partners within assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute seasonal Goto-Market (GTM) plans and individual Strategic Key Account Plans (SKAPs) to drive revenue growth and achieve full financial year budgets.
  • Partner with managers to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Actively manage accounts to maximize seasonal sell-thru performance and reorder performance, ensuring stores are fully stocked, visually merchandised, and POS is up-to-date.
  • Effectively launch new seasons by ensuring stores look great and store staff are well-trained and motivated.

Requirements:

  • Equivalent of 5 years' sales/marketing account management experience, ideally for an outdoor apparel wholesaler.
  • Outstanding customer service standards and strategic account planning skills.
  • Proven success building new business, delivering revenue, and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and group training skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and a high level of commercial acumen and sound judgment.
