About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Account Manager to join our team at DSI Systems Inc. As a National Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing sales support, training, and coaching to our retail partners across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visiting stores nationally in person to provide training and coaching to retail associates
  • Conducting side-by-side selling with our retail partners to increase sales
  • Supplying up-to-date information about AT&T special offers or promotions
  • Delivering brochures/collateral, dummy handsets, and blank manual contracts as needed
  • Helping retail representatives in solving customer issues
  • Shadowing retailer representatives as a trainer, coach, and mentor
  • Conducting sales events in retail locations to demonstrate products and increase sales
  • Providing motivation support for retailers to achieve company, AT&T, and program objectives
  • Meet and exceed sales goals set by DSI
  • Staying current on all sales processes, products, services, promotions, company policies, and general knowledge of the business
  • Developing and maintaining relationships to build credibility and trust with retailers' store managers
  • Gathering in-market clients and competitive intelligence
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications with AT&T and retail local leadership teams on each retailer visit
  • Ensuring merchandising standards are current, meet plan-o-gram, and promotional offerings are presented
  • Managing all program logistics in coordination with DSI and AT&T
  • Providing teamwork and collaboration with other colleagues in support of ensuring the success of the project
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in the retail industry, wireless experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to retain, explain, and train key brand messaging and product information in an exciting and informative manner
  • Receptive to direction and coaching on evolving program specifications including updated brand initiatives and tactics
  • Ability to travel within a designated sub-market with strong time management skills
  • Must have a clean driving record and provide proof of automobile insurance requirement
