Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Researching and identifying qualified suppliers to meet our procurement needs.
  • Developing and managing supplier relationships to ensure compliance with our procurement procedures.
  • Analyzing and negotiating offers from suppliers to ensure the best value for our company.
  • Coordinating with our technical department to assess supplier proposals and ensure they meet our project requirements.
  • Preparing and managing contracts and purchase orders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
  • Performing market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Providing excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Proven experience with SAP and other procurement software.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
