About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Planner to join our team at BlueTriton Brands. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Factory Technical and Operations Teams to optimize and update Reliability Centered Maintenance Plans for all machine centers.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Analyze maintenance metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of SAP CMMS systems and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Salary Range

$95,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience.
