Job Description

A2O Entertainment USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced office administrator to join our team.

As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations, managing agendas and appointments, and handling phone calls and correspondence.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office and office management software.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management personnel.
  3. Handle phone calls, correspondence, and emails while maintaining professional communication skills.
  4. Assist with budgeting and bookkeeping procedures to ensure accurate financial records.
  5. Update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other relevant data.
  6. Track office supplies and place orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  7. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations and proposals to communicate key findings and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean to provide effective communication and support to diverse stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location factors.
