We are a leading healthcare organization seeking a highly motivated Project Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects, driving results, and resolving problems to improve provider network and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Partner with all organization levels to lead projects and drive results.
  • Problem Solving: Identify problems, analyze data, and recommend solutions to improve provider network and process efficiency.
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills to collaborate with department leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analysis: Conduct insightful ad hoc analyses to investigate operational issues and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Analytical field or 2+ years in a healthcare reporting/analytic role.
  • Experience: 3+ years in Managed Care or Healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong analytical, documentation, and implementation skills.

Salary Range: $67,500 - $85,000 annually.
