Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food for service according to established standards of presentation and service.
- Create meals based on specific recipes and guest counts.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Estimate food needs and requisition or purchase supplies as necessary.
- Portion, arrange, and garnish food while assisting in expediting orders.
- Regulate cooking equipment temperatures and season food according to recipes.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fruits and vegetables for consumption.
- Measure and mix ingredients using various kitchen tools and equipment.
- Inspect food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary practices.
- Collaborate with fellow team members as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe cooking line.
- Stock and restock items on the line according to specifications.
- Provide explanations of menu items, including ingredients and cooking methods.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Mature judgment and professionalism in all interactions.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Ability to read and comprehend written information.
- Excellent math, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with InfoGenesis software is a plus.

Working Conditions:
- Physical tasks include reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying.
- Ability to lift and carry supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Work typically performed in a restaurant/casino environment with moderate to high noise levels.
- Moderate exposure to cigarette smoke on property.
- Moderate physical effort required.
