Industrial Account Executive

As an Industrial Account Executive at Tradesmen International, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services within the Industrial and Manufacturing verticals. This role requires a strong understanding of the Tradesmen International Value Proposition and the ability to educate contractors, facility managers, and HR managers about our services. You will be responsible for locating and bringing in new business, as well as maintaining client relationships that increase the usage of our services and workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, including cold-calling and client management.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers and conduct information-only presentations, such as trade show demonstrations.
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Maintain and exceed sales goals set by the Company.
- Communicate detailed client needs to the Operations team.
- Generate sales leads and prospects for clients.
- Makes direct sales calls and presentations to clients at their place of business.
- Collect monies owed Tradesmen on a timely basis.
- Attend trade-related association and networking events; participates on association committees.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with field employees.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the role.
- Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems.
- Experience cold calling, canvassing a territory, and generating new business leads.
