In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our stone department, working closely with customers, the warehouse, and our drivers to ensure seamless execution of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist our granite customers with shipping quotes, inventory, and other requests.
* Accurately input all granite bills for lading into our system by the end of each day.
* File bills of lading alphabetically and per region each day.
* Coordinate crane appointments, dedications, and other deliveries with customers.
* Assist warehouse personnel with any issues relative to incoming and outgoing granite freight.
* Prepare paperwork for drivers' outbound loads every week.
* Mail invoices to customers.
* Manage the paperwork for return pieces that come back from the customers.

Requirements:

* High school degree or equivalent
* No previous experience is required; however, this position requires a desire to learn and a quick study.
* Patient and professional for all customers and employees to work with.
* Eagerly take ownership of responsibilities and treat the business as if it were their own.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Organized, self-disciplined, and resourceful.
* Proficient typing skills and proficiency with computers and multiple screens.

Work Schedule:

* 8-5 M, T, W, and F and 8 am until finished on Thursdays.
