Job Overview

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team in a school-based role.

This position involves providing educational services to students in grades K-12.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality educational services to students with special needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including instruction, assessment, and progress monitoring.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in special education and implement evidence-based strategies to support student learning.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in special education.
  • Active or pending state Special Education license.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other support staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
