Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled pediatric nurse to join our team in Cleveland, TX. As a pediatric nurse with Thrive SPC, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional care to children.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the child's needs and develop a plan to address them
  • Provide education and support to families to empower them to care for their child
Requirements
  • Current valid license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
