Our dedicated engineering team identifies and resolves issues, enhancing original equipment manufacturer designs, while our manufacturing and field services teams deliver comprehensive on-site solutions.

The Safety Coordinator will primarily collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure that all safety training records are meticulously maintained and updated. This role involves researching various training facilities to confirm and input essential scheduling information into our systems, as well as managing Excel spreadsheets to reflect accurate and verified data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all site-specific safety training initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Safety, Human Resources, and Field Service Managers to guarantee that employees complete necessary training prior to project commencement.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Site Safety Requirements documentation.
  • Facilitate the timely execution of multiple deliverables while fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Regularly consult with the Safety Manager to incorporate updates and changes.
  • Operate effectively under tight deadlines to deliver proposals and meet project timelines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, particularly within Excel.
  • Proficient in Excel with a strong focus on detail.
  • Experience conducting internet research and navigating various websites.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in a professional setting.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over projects.
  • Able to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills with safety, HR, and field services personnel.
  • Strong grammatical, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications.
