Operations Manager Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Manager to join our team at Buckle LLC. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various operational tasks, ensuring seamless store operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory reviews, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 months of retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) software.
