Job Description

Overview:

As a Sales and Operations Manager at 7-Eleven, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our convenience stores. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales through effective communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Drive sales through effective communication with customers, maintain a clean and customer-friendly environment, and perform cashier duties.
  • Store Operations: Perform all regular cleaning activities, forecast, order, and stock merchandise, and check in merchandise deliveries from vendors.
  • Staff Management: Ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet the needs of customers, recruit, train, and develop staff, and develop strong vendor relations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain proper inventory levels and controls, and identify and resolve sales obstacles.

Requirements:

  • Highly Motivated: Franchisees expect all candidates to be highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Retail/Food Service Experience: Retail/Food Service experience is a plus.
