ManTech International Corporation is seeking a motivated and career-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in the Columbia and Hanover, MD area. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will provide policy support to Government personnel by assisting with the management processes related to the acquisition of equipment for worldwide USG-approved Foreign Government(s).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop risk strategies with TTO leads using analytical skills.
  • Interact with Government and Contractor stakeholders regarding requirements as they relate to identified risk.
  • Work with program/contractor personnel, government oversight, and senior level stakeholders to address issues and conflicts and facilitate solutions and mitigations.
  • Ensure the integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with system administration, configuration management, and risk management.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing configuration management processes and procedures.
  • Implement hardware and software version control process, policies, and procedures.
  • Update CM plan as needed.
  • Create and work SOPs as required.
  • Track all deliveries of media that are received, duplicated, and shipped and notify the proper POC.
  • Utilize Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SharePoint and Confluence.
Basic Qualifications:
  • At least three (3) years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science, Mathematics, Accounting, Information Systems, Program Management, or similar degree, or equivalent documented combination of training and experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience in conducting quality assurance (form, content, grammar, and requirement compliance) of systems and software processes, PCA, documentation, and verification audits required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Government systems and software engineering evaluation, including formal and informal audits and technical reviews.
Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Current and active TS/SCI with polygraph.
