The ideal candidate will provide policy support to Government personnel by assisting with the management processes related to the acquisition of equipment for worldwide USG-approved Foreign Government(s). Responsibilities include:

  • Developing risk strategies with TTO leads using analytical skills
  • Routinely interacting with Government and Contractor stakeholders regarding requirements as they relate to identified risk
  • Working with other program/contractor personnel, government oversight, and senior level stakeholders to address issues and conflicts and ultimately facilitate solutions and mitigations
  • Ensuring the integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with system administration, configuration management, and risk management
  • Assisting in maintaining and developing configuration management processes and procedures
  • Implementing hardware and software version control process, policies, and procedures
  • Updating the CM plan as needed
  • Creating and working SOPs as required
  • Tracking all deliveries of media that are received, duplicated, and shipped and notifying the proper POC

Required qualifications include:

  • At least three (3) years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science, Mathematics, Accounting, Information Systems, Program Management, or similar degree, or equivalent documented combination of training and experience
  • Three (3) years of experience in conducting quality assurance (form, content, grammar, and requirement compliance) of systems and software processes, PCA, documentation, and verification audits

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with Government systems and software engineering evaluation, including formal and informal audits and technical reviews

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Current and active TS/SCI with polygraph
