Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you'll be responsible for directing the Squad Crew to deliver exceptional customer experiences and pizzas that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating MOD values and behaviors to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Coach and train Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy levels and a positive vibe on the shift.
  • Partner with the General Manager to engage with the local community and build strong relationships with our guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees.
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
