Antitrust Litigation Associate

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP is seeking mid-level associates to join its global Chambers Band 1 ranked Antitrust, Competition and Trade practice in all three of its US offices. The ideal candidate has three or more years of substantive antitrust litigation practice, including experience with class actions and all major phases of civil litigation. In particular, Freshfields is looking for candidates with substantial writing experience who can draft, edit, and manage major sections of motions and dispositive briefs. Experience as a state or federal judicial clerk is preferred.

Familiarity with government enforcement agencies and a background in economics are additional pluses. Candidates must exhibit excellent research and writing skills, academic performance, and an ability to multi-task across matters.

Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York, California, or District of Columbia.

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP associates are compensated based on leading market rates. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $235,000 - $420,000.
