We're seeking a talented Civil Engineer Project Manager to lead our projects and shape our services. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of civil engineering projects, including transportation design and construction, structures, and local government. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry standard design software and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to ensure quality work
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and staffing
  • Effectively communicate with clients
  • Ensure project-specific delivery requirements are met
  • Lead project pursuits, secure contract work, and negotiate contracts
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and development to staff
  • Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance professional skills
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
  • 7+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of industry standard design software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical competence in developing and managing project budgets
  • Knowledge of client standards and Quality Control processes
