Job Title: Civil Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at JT Engineering, Inc. in Wisconsin. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality work, and delivering results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to ensure quality work and meet project objectives
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and schedules
  • Manage project scope, staffing, and client communication
  • Ensure project-specific delivery requirements are met and exceeded
  • Lead project pursuits, secure contract work, and negotiate contracts
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and development to staff
  • Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance professional skills and troubleshoot complex technical problems
  • Administer JT's Quality Assurance process for all projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
  • 7+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of industry standard design software (i.e., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical competence in developing and managing project budgets
  • Knowledge of client standards and Quality Control processes
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences
  • To be legally authorized to work permanently in the country where this position is located
  • To occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related work
