About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Engineering Project Manager to join our Milwaukee team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing transportation engineering projects, including design, coordination, and client relationship development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project oversight, including scope development, contracting, budgeting, and invoicing
  • Technical design and coordination of project assignments
  • Oversight of project staff and client relationship development
  • Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or MicroStation/OpenRoads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in the civil engineering field
  • Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • Experience as project manager or lead roadway engineer on DOT and municipal projects
