Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Performance

  • Foster a welcoming, friendly, and consultative customer service atmosphere that prioritizes customer relationships, distinguishing Hammer Made from competitors.
  • Achieve personal daily and weekly sales goals to fulfill monthly objectives.
  • Address customer inquiries in line with company policies; escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide constructive feedback to management on strategies to enhance daily sales performance.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Maintain company standards for a tidy, organized sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting room areas.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts. Assist in creating an attractive, well-organized merchandise display that drives sales and store traffic.
  • Support the promotion of in-store events and initiatives aimed at expanding the customer base, with a focus on enhancing the Hammer Made brand.
  • Collaborate effectively with other store locations and external business partners as required.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma required.
  • 1-2 years of successful experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Work Environment

This position operates within a retail store setting.

Physical Requirements: The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to effectively perform the essential functions of this role.

  1. Physical requirements include standing and being active on the sales floor for extended periods, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

Position Type and Hours: This is a full-time role with hours scheduled at varying times and days each week to meet business needs. Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
