Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring compliance with the hotel's cleanliness standards. You will also be tasked with reporting maintenance issues and addressing guest requests or complaints while ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest accommodations.

Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of cleaning experience; prior hotel experience is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Understanding of proper chemical handling procedures.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with local attractions and activities suitable for our clientele.
