Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Leader II to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. If you possess excellent customer service skills, are self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise employees and manage store operations to ensure excellent customer service and a clean, safe environment.
  • Assist managers with tasks and projects to maintain store efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail operations or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
  • Proficiency with technology, including calculators, computers, and other equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with various stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
