Key Responsibilities:- Provide community living supports and community access to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Develop and maintain real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
- Support individuals to reach their goals and fulfill their hopes and dreams.
- Provide training on self-advocacy, self-preservation, and whole health.
- Work collaboratively with the individual, their family, and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive support plan.
- High School Diploma or GED and six months experience of working with individuals who have a developmental disability or Education as a CNA or Health Care Tech.
- Paid Time Off plus holiday pay.
