Paraprofessional Support Specialist

- Provide instructional support to individual students or small groups, reinforcing learning concepts and promoting academic growth.
- Assist the classroom teacher with classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
- Support administrative tasks, such as setting up equipment and preparing materials, to facilitate a smooth learning experience.
- Supervise students in various settings, including the cafeteria, schoolyard, and during field trips, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Attend to students' physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs, providing a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Follow provisions specified in students' IEPs/504 Plans to support students with special needs.
- Perform other duties as directed by the classroom teacher and school administration.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- State/FBI Criminal History Clearance.
- Drug Screen.
