Support Professional

At Avita Community Partners, we're committed to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to live fulfilling lives. As a Direct Support Professional, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and become an integral part of their community.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop meaningful relationships with our clients, built on trust, respect, and open communication.
- Support clients in their daily lives, helping them to participate in community activities, pursue their interests, and maintain their independence.
- Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive support services, including training in self-advocacy, self-preservation, and whole health.
- Help clients to set and achieve their goals, whether it's finding employment, pursuing education, or simply enjoying their favorite activities.
- High School Diploma or GED, and at least six months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Education as a CNA or Health Care Tech is also acceptable.
- Competitive hourly rate ($20.00 per hour)
