Job Title: Project Administrator, Lighting

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, maintaining overall project profitability, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate shipping updates to customers on a weekly basis.
  • Notify relevant parties of changes, errors, or exceptions.
  • Review projects with Quotations Specialists to understand scope and requirements.
  • Communicate directly with customers to review project details, exceptions, and completion dates.
  • Maintain Purchase Order financial worksheets to ensure proper project closeout and maximize profitability.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Create ship schedules following established processes.
  • Maintain communication with Outside Sales and customers.
  • Send customers ship schedules with notes of 'Hold for Release'.
  • Work with operations to manage logistics for jobs.
  • Participate in joint sales calls to understand customer needs.
