Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering growth with existing customers, and developing strategies to generate a consistent pipeline of new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or accounts.
  • Actively engage with existing customers to foster growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' business goals, objectives, and manufacturing processes to match our solutions to their needs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate a consistent pipeline of new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven technical sales experience with a focus on selling to engineers and upper management.
  • Ability to prospect new business and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work creatively and collaboratively.
  • A relevant bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, or a related field, or an associate degree with strong technical aptitude and 3-5 years of technical sales experience.
