Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop automation solutions for commercial liquid handling systems
- Develop and implement protocols for liquid handling performance qualification, biological assay optimization, and inter-/intra- assay performance validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation systems and scheduling software applications
- Develop and maintain expertise in multiple commercial liquid handling systems, including Hamilton Vantage, Tecan EVO, Agilent Bravo, and similar platforms
- BS/MS in science or engineering discipline, minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Detailed knowledge of multiple commercial liquid handling systems
- Experience with liquid handling performance qualification, biological assay optimization, and inter-/intra- assay performance validation
- Expertise with protocol development and operation of integrated systems and automation scheduling software applications
- Proficiency with any major programming language, such as C#.NET or Python
