The Electrical Product Specialist on the NEFF team is a key player in designing and bench-testing integrated automation solutions for our customers. As an Electrical Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to assigned branch offices, answering product questions, and describing product capabilities, purpose, and potential applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Serves as a technical resource for assigned branch offices, providing product information and answering technical questions.
- Provides customers with detailed product specifications, schematics, and designs, and communicates product parameters and performance standards.
- Researches technical information needed to evaluate product performance and application, and maintains current product literature.
- Designs portions of factory automation systems and documents all technical projects, including customer pre-existing equipment, operating difficulties, proposals, design schematics, and installation details.
- Presents product demonstrations and participates in sales presentations, and coordinates and schedules branch technical training for customers and sales personnel.
- Strong customer focus and communication skills.
- Solid analytical ability and mechanical engineering aptitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent occupational experience.
- 3-5 years sales experience in factory automation with proven success and experience with hands-on product demonstrations.
