Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for coordinating patient care, ensuring compliance with standards of care and practice, and performing physical exams and health histories. You will also provide health promotions, counseling, and education to patients, as well as administer medications and wound care.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise care provided by other healthcare professionals
  • Accountable for making patient care assignments based on scope of practice and skill level of assigned personnel
  • Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and react in emergency situations
  • Communicate and collaborate with diverse group of people for informing healthcare team of plans/actions
  • Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate
Qualifications:
  • Minimum BSN degree
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience within the past 2 years
  • Active, unrestricted RN license
  • Life Support Certifications: BLS, ACLS
  • Must be able to pass a Government background check and obtain a Government security clearance
