- Marketing and Promotion: Assist in increasing brand awareness through social media and other marketing initiatives.
- Supply Management: Order supplies and materials as needed to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a positive and productive environment for our staff and clients.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the music industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software quickly and troubleshoot common issues.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college experience preferred.
