Part-Time Office Coordinator I

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Coordinator I to join our team at Central Piedmont Community College. This is a part-time position that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries, creating and updating files, and maintaining computer databases. They will also be responsible for monitoring inventory, answering phone calls, and performing other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you must have general knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets, as well as one year of office experience. You must also be currently enrolled in CPCC's NextGen Program and pursuing a related career track.
In addition to your technical skills, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and students.

The estimated salary for this position is $15.00 per hour, based on the requirements of the job and the location of the college.
