We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

The estimated salary for this position is $7,500 per month, which includes a $7,500 SIGN ON BONUS. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the value we place on our employees' hard work and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care and support to our residents, including personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless and effective care delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
  • Document patient care records accurately and thoroughly, including I and O documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified nursing assistant, listed in the DFS registry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine concern for the welfare of our residents.
