Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned social services leader to join our team as Director of Constituent Services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of social workers and providing expert clinical supervision to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Constituent Services team, ensuring that all programs and services are delivered in accordance with best practices and organizational policies.
  • Supervise a team of social workers, providing individual and group supervision, and ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop and implement new policies, procedures, and protocols to improve the delivery of services and enhance client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that social work expertise is integrated into all aspects of our programs and services.
  • Assess program deliverables and service outcomes, using data to inform and improve programming.
  • Represent DOROT at professional conferences and in the media, promoting our work and impact.
Requirements
  • LCSW (SIFI required), with knowledge of DSM-V.
  • 8+ years of experience in aging services or a related field, with a proven track record of program management and supervision.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the field of aging and social work best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing innovative processes and systems, requiring cross-functional staff support and use.

  • A competitive salary range of $100,000-$115,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
