The Opportunity

This Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant role presents a unique chance to expand your impact in healthcare by performing clinical tasks, coordinating patient care, and working closely with our team to deliver outstanding health outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and front office personnel to ensure comprehensive healthcare results.
  • You will execute various functions within the clinic setting, requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data.
  • You will advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting patient autonomy, dignity, and well-being from diverse backgrounds.
  • You will create a safe and supportive environment for patients.
Requirements
  • A Medical Assistant certification from an accredited training program.
  • Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) licensure.
  • BLS Certification or completion through our in-house training program, depending on assignment.
  • A minimum one-year experience in a physician's office or other medical facility is preferred.
  • Exceptions may be made for applicants applying to Idaho positions or those currently in externship or residency programs with an active or pending WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire, along with Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) licensure within 45 days of hire.

Pay and Benefits Details

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, as well as paid time off. The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between $53,596 and $75,441 USD, considering factors such as skill set, level of experience, and relevant certifications and education.
