Overview of the Role:

The HR Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering administrative assistance to the Field HR and Employee Relations teams. This includes a variety of tasks such as data management, meeting organization, presentation preparation, and drafting of correspondence and memos as required. The position involves collaboration with various levels of management to address HR-related needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Field HR and Employee Relations teams, including managing inquiries and reports from associates and other departments, conducting exit interviews, processing new hire requests, and facilitating language translations.
  • Assist with investigation-related tasks, which may involve reviewing video footage, analyzing timecards, and documenting associate relations claims under the guidance of supervisors.
  • Create and distribute correspondence, memos, and presentations to support the Field HR and Employee Relations teams.
  • Draft communications regarding new and ongoing HR initiatives for distribution to associates.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as copying, faxing, filing documents, ordering supplies, processing invoices, and generating standard HR reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Maintain the Field HR contact directory.
  • Support special projects for the Field HR and Employee Relations teams.

Qualifications:
Preferred Background:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Successful completion of required training programs.
