District Account Manager

Alton Lane is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in our partnership with Dillard's, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, training and developing Dillard's store associates, and leading field marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:- Achieve sales growth targets by driving Alton Lane sales growth, increasing average Alton Lane sales per store, and ensuring Alton Lane sales never fall below a target threshold.
- Train and develop Dillard's store associates by delivering effective training sessions, educating them on the value proposition of the Alton Lane brand, product knowledge, and market-leading technology.
- Lead sales initiatives within the district by motivating and influencing Dillard's store associates to prioritize Alton Lane and increase sales, helping to develop sales tools and ongoing support tactics, and partnering to create a district promotion calendar and execute it to achieve a targeted sales lift percentage period over period.
- Lead field marketing efforts by partnering with Alton Lane's internal team for marketing and sales collateral, increasing Alton Lane brand awareness among menswear associates and Dillard's customers, differentiating the Alton Lane brand from competitors within Dillard's, and conducting competitive intelligence to stay informed about competing brands, promotions, and estimated performance in the district.
- Provide exceptional Dillard's customer support by being highly accessible and responsive to all Dillard's requests, addressing all Dillard's-initiated questions within the same working day, and being the best advocate for the entire Dillard's district team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, training, field marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of the retail industry, particularly menswear.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and influence others.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to travel frequently within the region.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
