**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Housing Services Manager. In this role, you will manage multiple County and Home Forward-funded housing contracts and programs, working closely with funding agencies and stakeholders to achieve program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:*

  • Serve as the primary contact for funding agencies, ensuring effective management of highly regulated housing programs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of program requirements, monitoring and reporting on program outcomes and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership and finance teams to optimize program spending and resource allocation.
  • Design and implement efficient systems for housing advocates, streamlining processes to enhance participant support.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, facilitating access to critical resources for NAYA housing participants.
