National Corporate Housing is seeking a highly skilled Apartment Setup Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our luxury corporate apartments meet the highest standards of cleanliness and preparation for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of all apartments prior to resident move-in
  • Identify and quickly correct problems within the apartment
  • Arrange delivery of housewares and light furniture
  • Prepare and clean apartments for new guests, ensuring they are ready in the best possible shape
  • Conduct thorough housewares inventory and make recommendations for improvement
  • Oversee key control for apartments inspected
  • Assist with apartment housewares set-up and tear down as needed
  • Conduct monthly housewares inventory and purchase supplies as directed by supervisor

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs with assistance of dolly
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
