Job Summary:
National Corporate Housing is seeking a highly skilled Apartment Setup Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our luxury corporate apartments meet the highest standards of cleanliness and preparation for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of all apartments prior to resident move-in
- Identify and quickly correct problems within the apartment
- Arrange delivery of housewares and light furniture
- Prepare and clean apartments for new guests, ensuring they are ready in the best possible shape
- Conduct thorough housewares inventory and make recommendations for improvement
- Oversee key control for apartments inspected
- Assist with apartment housewares set-up and tear down as needed
- Conduct monthly housewares inventory and purchase supplies as directed by supervisor
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs with assistance of dolly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
