Our company, ATZ CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LLC, provides mobile office/labs, sanitary facilities, trash services, temporary power, internet, and office equipment to construction sites.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the construction project, including project setup and take down.
  • Coordinate with the project team to determine project specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Secure necessary permits and licenses.
  • Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations.
  • Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made.
  • Estimate costs and keep the project within budget.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and outside vendors.
  • Supervise and direct vendors and subcontractors.
  • Report on progress and schedule.
  • Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Project/Systems Manager.
  • Previous experience handling multiple projects at a time.
  • General understanding of construction methods and processes.
  • General knowledge of electrical hookups.
  • Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and construction management software.
  • Ability to break large projects into small steps.
  • Willingness to manage and use company technology.
