Position Overview:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming and registering guests, providing prompt and courteous service, and finalizing guest accounts upon their departure, all while upholding our high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests with a friendly welcome.
- Utilize clear communication to understand requests and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Efficiently manage the registration process, confirming guest details and room rates.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and manage messages.
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Take ownership of guest challenges to ensure satisfaction.
- Remain calm and composed during busy periods and emergencies.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experiences:
- Experience with property management software.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Sound judgment and logical reasoning in evaluating situations.
- Self-motivated with exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work various shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
