About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at BBSI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within or under budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Oversee the management of multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct site visits, inspecting progress and identifying potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and construction safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Manage project documentation, including blueprints, plans, submittals, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, providing regular project updates and status reports.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on modular building projects.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience in project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety protocols, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • 10-hour or 30-hour OSHA certification, with a willingness to maintain ongoing training and education.
