Job Overview:

The Project Manager is tasked with overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction Project Management
  • Experience with modular construction is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Project, MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints, submittals, and specifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
  • 10-hour or 30-hour OSHA certification is required
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential
