Job Title: Women's Health Care RN

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Postpartum department at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality care to patients on the Postpartum unit. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients on the Postpartum unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in maternal-newborn care.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Experience in maternal-newborn care preferred.
  • Able to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract.
  • Able to work 8 or 12-hour shifts.
